• Enquiry data: name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email, city/area, car details (brand, model, year, mileage), problem description, and any photos or videos you upload.
• Account data: login credentials (passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text), profile details and saved favourites.
• Garage data: business details, trade license, Emirates ID and location proof submitted for verification.
• Technical & attribution data: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, referrer, and campaign parameters (UTM source/medium/campaign/content/term) used to understand how you found us.
• Communication events: clicks on call, WhatsApp and direction buttons, and quote submissions — each linked to a unique Lead ID.

2. How we use it

• To connect you with the garages you choose — your enquiry details, including photos and videos, are shared with the selected garage(s) and visible to our administrators for quality control.
• To verify garages and keep the platform trustworthy (fraud prevention, spam filtering, WhatsApp verification, review verification).
• To measure and improve marketing campaigns (aggregate UTM and event reporting).
• To send service notifications about your enquiries by email, SMS, WhatsApp or dashboard notification.

3. What we never do

• We never sell your personal data to third parties.
• We never share your phone number with garages you did not enquire with.
• We never process repair payments — payment happens directly between you and the garage.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored on secured servers with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access is role-restricted and logged. Uploaded media is stored in access-controlled cloud storage. We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

5. Cookies & analytics
